I recently stumbled upon Timi Dakolo's song the vow. It took my breath away. how on earth does one love another the way he loves his wife?
Bad belle people oya start attacking. The lyrics in true Timi's style was captivating, enticing OMG. Watch out Timi's Iyawo, i think i want him for myself. Just kidding o.
On a serious note though, this song is everything, it takes love to a whole new level. The fact he wrote the song for his wife for their 4th anniversary, goes a long way in telling the men that love isn't just for the honeymoon phase, if not, Timi should have stopped with Iyawo mi.
Ladies, I'm not trying to say you should all go out and look for a man who can sing o. Its a plus but not a must. A man who writes beautiful notes is still as romantic. For me, I like a man who is good in the kitchen because baby girl likes to be pampered. In all, most girls will agree with me that a man with money in the bank and a heart to spend is the most romantic. lol.
Guys, always do nice things for the women in your life, it goes a long way in strengthening that relationship. I'm not trying to say that it won't make your woman stray, but it goes a long way. Learn to sing that song today, place the note on her dressing table, buy her that watch she has been admiring, wake her up with the aroma of something yummy and your relationship will be in the honeymoon phase forever.
Download Timi Dakolo's song The Vow today and you will understand why he is my Man Crush for the month.

Lets Detox!!!!!!!!!
Detox is a period of time in which one abstains from or rids the body of toxic or or unhealthy
substances. Basically, detoxification means cleaning the blood. The liver is our God given detoxifying organ, you can help it once in a while.
We carry a lot of baggage around, very filthy insides. This is mainly due to the air we breathe, water and most especially the kind of foods we consume. For someone like me, my diet is very poor, I eat a lot of junk, almost like the cupid of chicken and chips shot it's arrow straight to my heart and to make matters worse, I wake up late, when dedicated people would have finished exercising. In the last eight months, I have over indulged in some of the things I would normally never eat. The bad diet is really telling on me. The clothes no longer look good, fatigue and the most annoying is the break outs. Fine girl no pimples no longer applies to me. Thank you Sharwama!!!!!
We eat all these things, and we never exercise and when the belly fat comes, we run into the warm embrace of life stifling corsets, but after all said and done, Nne you are still fat. My last piece on waist trainers really opened my eyes. The feedback was really scary. I got lectured on the risks associated with waist training. Some of us will still brush it aside, but I love my life so I paid attention.
I haven’t asked anyone to go throw away the corsets they bought with their hard earned money, I just want those who are interested to minimise the use and simply get healthy. I’m very unhappy with the way I feel about myself right now and I know someone out there feels the exact same way. So I have
decided to go on a detox starting on Monday 25th April, 2016. It will be for 10 days, If you are interested, you can join me.
There are loads of information on detoxification on the internet, I encourage you guys to check it out and choose a plan that works best for you. I will be using the TLC Iaso tea with lots of fruits and vegetables. You can contact me for the tea, or you can do it using fruits available to you. lemon in warm water is just as effective. You can also Steep lemon, cucumber, ginger in water over night then drink the water in morning. Its not that hard. Use fruits and vegetables available to you. Don’t go looking for things you have never seen in Nigeria, cucumber, lime, lemon and apples are everywhere. You can start with those. While we are at it, minimize food intake, load up on the fibre and try as much as possible to exercise. Dancing in your room is more than enough exercise.
My current weight is 67kg, but the ideal weight for my height and age is 57kg (yes I'm a smallie). So I carry around an extra 10kg. Check your BMI and determine your ideal weight. You won't achieve it in 10 days, but it will go a long way.
As we go on this detox, we should also try to detoxify the mind. Get rid of jealousy, free your mind, forgive yourself, love yourself, love others, channel your energy to positive things, no hate no shade. When the mind and body are clean, the soul is happy.
To show how serious I am, if anybody catches me eating any junk, from next week Monday, give me a dirty slap but please avoid my eyes. Lol.
